After signing their proposal for our exterior sign their communication went downhill very quickly. I had to call and ask them for an installation date which they then set for October 31st. I signed their proposal at the end of August. Two months isn't too bad I suppose for an exterior monument sign requiring permitting. However, they never showed up on 10/31. I had to call them and ask when they were coming. My rep said it would be towards the end of the following week and he texted me a pic of the sign in production. It was about 75% complete. They did not show the following week and my rep never called. I called him the following Monday and asked for an installation commitment date. He said they would install that coming Saturday. I was frustrated but what are you going to do. I come into the office on Saturday around 9:30 and no install crew. I call the rep and he says I don't know what's going on, I thought they would be there let me call and find out. About an hour later he calls and says they aren't coming. He says he will call me when he has a definitive installation date. Very frustrated at this point. I hear nothing from him through that week. They come and partially install the sign the following Monday with no communication they were coming. I hear nothing from my rep and reach out Wednesday. Still awaiting a reply regarding setting up the lighting for the sign. 3-stars is because the sign appears to have been assembled per the proposal spec and the build quality appears to be good. I will repost once my experience is completed. Very poor communication so far.

I stopped by there today without a appointment. Left my motorcycle windshield to have 2 inches cut off. I came back 2hrs later and picked it. Don did a Great Job! Thanks Don!!!
